CANCELLATION FEE: We value your time and politely ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. To maintain online booking access, this balance must be cleared before scheduling future appointments. RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule your appointment to a different business day, a separate $10 non-refundable deposit is required. To avoid a cancellation fee, the new appointment must be booked within seven days of your original date. Appointments rescheduled outside of this seven-day window will be subject to our standard cancellation fee.
